The inside bottom of the case is lined with a blue, spiked silicone padding which will not only cushion the most delicate instruments against impact but also prevent adjacent instruments from touching each other. Instruments can be arranged on this padding in any order, as compared to more traditional systems which use fixed holders of various kinds. The inside top of the lid has two specially shaped resilient blue silicone strips which, as the lid is closed, press gently down on the instruments inside the case, to hold them securely against the bottom padding. Both the case and the silicone inserts are fully autoclavable. Not to be used for autoclaving of surgical instruments.
Case is 140 x 200 x 50 mm high and weighs 730 grams
